For Marriage / Civil Partnership Uploads:

M10 or CP10 notice forms must not be uploaded - only signed hard copy can be submitted.

Amendments to ceremony wording must be uploaded to your booking no later than 2 weeks before your ceremony. Should you be unable to carry out this process please make sure you email or post the docuements to the City Chambers Office.
