Upload Documents to Existing Booking
Attach documents to your booking, such as civil ceremony content and completed requirements form. If you are unable to carry out this process please ensure you email or post the documents to the City Chambers Office.
Use your Home Office reference number (on your Home Office invitation letter) to book your attendance at one of our group Citizenship Ceremonies. It is essential that you enter your email address accurately.
